S.T.S - Special Travel Service

The responsability of S.T.S. Special Travel Service as the operator is limited. It acts only as agent for the passenger in connection with travel whether by railroad, motorcoach, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason of defect through acts of God, dangers, incident to sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, dejuer or defacto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any causes beyond our control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passport, visas, or other documents. S.T.S. can accept no responsability for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes.

S.T.S. SPECIAL TRAVEL SERVICE, also reserves the right to make alterations to the itinerary as may be deemed necessary to carry out of the tour either before departure or enroute, or to withdraw any tour. All rates are calculated on the basis of present value of the foreign currencies in relation to the United States dollar and will be lowered or raised in accordance with the values prevailing when you pay the final balance of your tour.
